I am feeling much more human again, now that I am in the second trimester! Thank goodness. I have more energy, less nausea, and have graduated from my white carb obsession to eating like a healthy grown-up again! My to-do list items are getting done, I am back on a regular exercise routine, and am actually cooking meals again! (Jason is SO happy about this one!) I think the change of season is also helping. Spring has officially sprung, and the warmer temperatures are helping to motivate me to get outside and be active! We have a wonderful trail close by, and our dogs are loving their daily walks :)
